Not good news and we have been seeing this issue here at the office. If you run your laptop out of battery power then good luck getting it updated. Lenovo needs to fix this.

We have resumed our normal hours of operation but remain in social distancing. Our front door is locked but we are staffed and have a Window and table to drop off and pickup your computers. Changes to Operation RE: Covid-19

Starting on Wednesday March 25th at 12pm we will be closing our office to the public. We will be working from our home now, meaning that we will mainly be preforming repairs via remote log-ins. If it is something hardware related, we can arrange for pick-ups and drop-offs on a case-by-case basis. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but the safety of our customers, community members, and family is vitally important. Please call or email us with any questions or concerns, otherwise stay safe and look out for yourself and neighbors.
